SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Standard Shipping (Spain - Peninsula & Balearic Islands):
  * Delivery time: 2-4 business days
  * Shipping cost:  (Free on orders over €120)

- International Shipping (Germany & European Union):
  * Delivery time: 4-7 business days
  * Shipping cost: (Free on orders over €180)

- Rest of the World:
  * Delivery time: 7-15 business days
  * Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders within the European Union (including Germany), all taxes are included and there are no additional customs fees. For orders outside the EU, dchloe shop / Tiffany 1986 S.L. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
